Please can someone point me in the right direction, I have a project guitar that has a mahogany telebody, rosewood fingerboard, maple neck, designed for 2 HB pickups using 1v 1t and a 3 way switch. I like clarity, jazz tones and classic rock. The choice is driving me mad, do i go for top drawer lollar imperials, bareknuckles or gibsons classic etc, the range is mindblowing. So your personal endorsement is being sought.

    thanks to all in advance

    Seymour Duncan P-Rails?

I think to get the maximum out of the P-rails I'd need to coil tap both pickups which would require 2 tone pots (I think-its a bit late on a friday evening and would need to check the diagrams, must check it out tomorrow).

However I was more thinking straightforward PAF style Humbuckers, for getting my Paul Kossoff freak on!

    I love these pickups
Great cleans & single coils compared to most aftermarket pickups
Ive 2 sets, one standard set & one ive fitted with alnico 2 mags

OOh and check out the ring out of larrys 59!

Had and sold on a set of bareknuckles but after selling them I missed them so for my 2 cents I would recommend these pups

Found a cheap set of p-rails so I'm going to go with them. Can flog them if they don't work out but I'll think they'll be fun. Using a Push pull on the Volume and tone gives me a lot of options!

Population which bareknuckles did you have as there are so many types.

The dimarzio HBs sounded really good

    Cheers
