    IBM should do one of these. They might not be as cool as Apple or Pixar but they are actually the number one employer for LGBT people.

    He was always a bit of an arsehole though, people just liked the message and ignored all the ****ty things he said in the past. Tbh, the it gets better project isn't perfect though, you kind of have to be white, male and really wealthy to get on board with it.

    I got the same advice from a more "mature" lesbian when I first started to venture out of the closet. I was seeing a bi girl at the time and her exact words were "we have a saying..it goes something like, bye bye bi." There's more to this story but I don't want to derail the thread.
