    Hi All,

I'm looking to brew a Coopers Dark Ale kit and was wondering what would be best to add for maximum full flavour. Coopers recommend dextrose 1 Kg but I was thinking along the lines of 1 Kg dark spray malt and 500 g of dextrose or possibly just a 1.5kg can of liquid dark malt?

Are there any other ingredients I could add?

    Any suggestions/comments welcome!

    Thanks

I made mine up with 1kg Dark spraymalt and 200g demerera sugar. Brewed to 24L. Tasted nice when it was being bottled, but cant tell you more yet.
