Tri Athy - why no times posted?

I'm wondering why Tri Athy doesn't publish start times on its websit for the various races, just an outline schedule.

I shouldn't really have to but actually, yes, I have asked them.

Also, when I ask "why no times posted" I am as much giving out that they haven't posted them as actually asking the literal question.
