Yeast Pitched Late to brew

    Hi Folks,

Last night I bottled a brewferm Wheat Beer and put on two new Brews.
    Coopers Original Dark Ale
    Coopers Original Draught

I used syphoning / bulk priming for the wheat beer for the first time and had a busy night as you can imagine :)

To cut a long story short I got everything completed, or so I thought...

I checked on the new brews this morning and noticed no activity at all from the Coopers Original Draught

After finding the yeast sachet in the fridge I kicked myself very hard :o

I've added the yeast to the wort this morning.

I'm wondering if this has happened to anyone and if so should things still be ok / if there is anything I should watch for (apart from air lock activity).

    Ta

Give it a week and then taste it. It should be pretty obvious by then if it got infected or not. On balance it's probably fine.

Tasted this morning - not bad for "premature" beer ! Tks.
