Hi - I cooked chili with fresh mince on Tuesday Night and it's been in the fridge since. Can I reheat and eat it Friday lunch time and be OK? The rule seems to be 3-4 days, but some people say Definately Dont Eat after 3 days

i will because it's a damn good chilli - i have 3 people from 3 different sources saying i can too, so that'll justify me eating it when everyone's said Dont!

If it was mince alone, I probably wouldn't touch (not because there is anything wrong with it) it but when it is transformed into the glory that is Chilli nothing would stop me chowing down.
