    hey there guys,
I'm new to this part of the forum's, right so i started back cycling a week ago, bought new shoe's "Spiuk ZS 22" which came with summer and winter inserts :D , i get to 7k and my feet start to burn so i thought i had the cleats to far forward, so i adjusted them changed the insoles to the summer ones it was better but then again at 12k my feet started to burn again?? is it the shoe's or is it me?

It's hard to know! Try not having your shoes so tight, that might help a bit! I don't think the cleat position is at fault here, as moving it had no effect.

But it could be - it took me a good bit of fiddling with the cleat position when I first went to clipless, but that was because the outsides of my knees would get sore. I think if your foot has a burning/numb sensation it could be because your shoes are too tight!
