Blouses to fit large shoulders?

I spent ages in Pennies the other day trying to find ones big enough to fit, and none of them really did. It's a bit embarrassing. Even the size 20s, etc. just seemed to allow for extra weight, not height and broad shoulders.

What should I do? I need a new Blouse pretty soon to go with a dress I'm getting.

OP have you thought about ruffled tops? Structured might not be the best idea, Penneys sizes tend to be off in general so shop around if you can. A smock top might be a good alternative. Good luck!
