Tractor with no logbook and other problems! PLEASE URGENT HELP!

    Hello,
    I need help ASAP Please! :confused:

    I bought a tractor from a genuine man, however when he purchased the tractor himself from the original owner (Which he has no contact with now , whatso ever. He never got a logbook/taxbook, or tractor changed into his name. He never bothered has he wanted it for farmwork only, never wanted to drive it on the road. I have the chassis number also.
    What should I do? I want to drive it on the road :(

    PLEASE ALL HELP APPRECIATED!
