EGM - Normal Business?

Hi all, new member here, hope you can help with a question relating to Company Law....

If a company has failed to call AGM's as per their obligations under company law and subsequently called an EGM with a list of agenda items which included what would be considered "normal AGM business" e.g. Rotation of Directors, approval of accounts, etc - would this be considered a valid EGM?

More directly........are items of normal business of an AGM allowed at an EGM?

Thanks in advance for any replies...
