Dublin to Dungravan

    What would be the best way to go to Dungarvan from Dublin

    Im looking at

    m7-m8 to fermoy and down to dungravan

    m7-m9 to waterford and along n25 to dungarvan

    Tolls not as issue looking for the quickest route

    N7-M7-M9-N9-N25 via Waterford City bypass
    The N25 from Waterford to Dungarvan is possibly the best quality WS2 road in the country, the bit past Kilmacthomas has no right turns and grade separated junctions for a good few km

    There's only one toll, crossing the Suir on the waterford bypass.

    M9 and N25.

    Or via Kilkenny, Carrick-on-Suir and Lemybrien is bit quicker but harder work.

    I travel to Dungarvan regularly and wouldn't really have a preference for one over the the other.
