    Bomba Estereo. They're from Columbia.

    Latino Electronica? Thats how they describe themselves. I dunno about that but I know I want more like this. I heard them on the radio a few days ago and got hooked. But they only have a couple of albums.

    Does anyone know more bands like this? A heavy kind of reggae/caribean/dance beat but gritty.

    Music Map is recommending Mala Rodriguez, Calle 13, Tego Calderon, Eric B. & Rakim, Richie Ray and a few more. I've no idea what any of those mentioned sound like. I leave that as an exercise for you :).
