Worried about Science Journal

Can someone please tell me how the science journals are corrected? As in, are they sent in numerical order or? Oh and I'm really worried I might get caught for copying :/, as I asked my friend for help on some parts of my my journal, she obviously didn't help me word for word. But there's some parts that may be suspicious and I'm really worried. How do they determine someone's work is copied? As we did the same experiment and some peoples work are very similar.

The green booklets are sealed into orange envelopes, with your exam number on the outside, that are kept in school until you do your written exam. Then the written paper is placed in the plastic pocket in the front of the orange envelope that contains your green booklet. So your investigations and your written are corrected together.

The Department expect you to do the investigations in small groups, usually two students per group but perhaps three. So experiments will be the same for that group. However, your writing up will be different if you do it on your own - procedure, analysis, comments etc. But because students consult each other there will often be similarities. Copying however is usually obvious...

Anyway, it should be done now so stop worrying! On to the next job.

My teacher told us that they are sent away now and if some of them look like they've been copied they get sent back to do again.

You'll be sound don't worry about it now. If I'm being honest, I asked for help off students for parts of the booklet. I didn't copy their work though

If copying is suspected the results in the subject will be held back in September until things can be investigated. It would want to be fairly blatant though.

Our teacher basically told us what to do, I tried to make my write-up as different as possible though, I even added some extra bits, such as including chemical equations for Chemistry and an extra graph for Physics, to make sure that no matter what, I'm not going to have to worry about it. It just seemed like a really dodgy way of doing it, I know my teacher's Science class got more A's than any other last year, but better to be safe than sorry. I doubt they take action unless it's very obvious, as in almost word for word, as it's probably quite a lengthy process.

It's very easy to tell when work is copied, but I'd imagine it's harder to prove. Don't worry about it, nothing can be done, and similarities are expected, as long as you didn't go completely overboard you should be fine.
