I don't know much about computers, in fact I know nothing, but from the research I've done the cooler master Gladiator 600 sounds quite good
    http://www1.hardwareversand.de/articledetail.jsp?aid=26909&agid=631
It's slightly more than the V4 but from reading the specs of both the V4 doesn't seem to have any fans installed whereas the 600 has 2
Again I don't know much but from what I've seen cooler master are a decent brand. Hope that helps though

Check out the CoolerMaster ones on Hardwareversand, they make some pretty decent cheapish cases. I had a CoolerMaster Dominator before, nice case, great airflow.

I'd avoid Thermaltake, I have one here, their cases rattle and are tinny and have poor build quality with sharp edges inside etc.

thanks. i suppose the best of the bunch would be the HAF912, but its slightly more than i want to spend on this, and opens up a new price bracket....

    The Cooler Master 690 II LITE Midi-Tower is great value at €65;
    http://www4.hardwareversand.de/articledetail.jsp?aid=38379&agid=631

It's the exact same as my CM 690 II Advanced, minus the top bay for external hard drive.
Great quality case, built like a tank, great air flow and it's quiet too. smile.gif
The CM 690's easy cable management is a big plus as well.

A couple more few that haven't been mentioned.

Xigmatek Midgard seems decent case from a couple of review I read a while back.

Coolermaster Sileo 500 is a reasonably priced quiet option.

The new Antec 100 is getting good reviews but its not on HWVS yet pity. Actually same with the Zalman Z7. Is there any case they dont have on caseking.

For budget case i think the antec 300 is great value. thats my 2cents anyway!

    http://www1.hardwareversand.de/articledetail.jsp?aid=27225&agid=631

Very happy with it. Nice case.
LED fans, Hard drive bays with no screw mounts.

thermatake's m59 and lexa s are great but the m59 is ugly as sin imo so it's up to your own personal tastes

Think you mean NZXT's m59 and lexa s.
I had the M59 and it was gorgeous in the flesh, everyone who saw it loved it and family members wanted to know why i ever sold "my lovely blue box" LOL

Also, the NZXT Vulcan will be my next case as it serves my needs perfectly and looks the shiz imo.
NZXT cases are the best bang for buck cases i've used and i've used many from different manufacturers, they are cheap for the quality and features
ie. all black interiors, cable management, airflow, dust covers, aesthetics and space.
What size are you looking for? ATX or mATX, how many drive days internal or external do you need? Does it need to hold a large HSF or long GPU?
    :D
