Interesting quiz on Forbes... 30 questions to establish your entrepreneurial personality.

I got 19, "You're no natural, but if you recognize your deficiencies, you can make it work."

    Are You A Born Entrepreneur?

This is silly. I got 19, but even if I got 30/30 I'd make the same claim, I swear :o :pac:

24 also, but think these kind of quiz's are absolute nonsense tbf.

Obviously if someone is absolutely risk adverse then a career as an "entrepreneur" is probably a bad idea. On the other hand if you answered all the answers right but still didn't have the smarts or ethic to put your plan into action then you'd fail miserably.

Good Points. It's a pity I didn't read this first. It would have saved me 5 minutes I'll never see again. :D

An amusing way to spend a couple of minutes while wondering what to do next. Not a serious guide to your future!

I've read a bit about the whole "Entrepreneurs are born not made" subject and I came to the conclusion that it's the other way round: Entrepreneurs are made not born. Most, if not all characteristics can be learned. In fact I wrote an essay on it if anyone is interested :P

The whole academic field of Entrepreneurship have spent years arguing the nature versus nurture thing. Basically, no side of the argument won. It's a bit of both, like most things, surprise surprise.

I have readings on the topic from college if anyone wants to read them. Like a lot of business academic stuff they are unnecessarily convoluted.

Interestingly enough I was at a seminar, Inside the Entrepreneurs Brain that was given by physiology expert. It was interesting to listen to, again the conclusion was that some of it can be learned or just be based on genetic factors. For the individual entrepreneur, they'll fit somewhere on the scale between the two.

In the last 15 years the science field has made huge strides in terms of understanding how the human brain works.

    Anyway I got 24.

i have 2 boys aged 4 and 5 and i bought them a hen each , the 5 year old wanted a playstation and i told him i could not afford one for him so he told me that he would sell his hen to get money, the 4 year old advised him not to sell his hen but to sell the eggs, i think you are born an entrepneur!!!!

I think my answers would be different depending when you asked me to be honest. I don't always do things the same way, like many of the questions were asked.
