Hi, I'm organising my brothers stag for the june weekend in Clonakilty and am looking for ideas for activities in the area. Specifically for the saturday, as I'm trying to avoid the pub until a reasonable hour! Also, if anyone could recommend a few decent pubs/restaurants, it would be greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance.

The sugan is a pretty decent restaurant its pretty close to one of the hotels in the town just up the road from the roundabout at scallys.

as for activities there;s surfing at inchadoney anyway and plenty of places to golf around

definately go with the surfing, great laugh. I surf myself and am often in the water while the classes are on, quite a few girls do it might help set someone up for the night ahead.

    Pubs.
    Scannels. Great beer garden.
De Barras. Great for live music.
    The wrastler

    Prob the most popular.

Club wise best to go to O'Donovans hotel across from the wrastler.
Other option is the Emmet but quite young.

    restraunts
