Constantly tired for no reason

Hope someone can give some advice. I am basically tired all the time, to the point where I can't remember the last time I woke up feeling fresh and alert. I might feel a bit better at the weekend but that's just because i'd be getting more sleep and even then I tire easily. I'm 25 f. I work and go to college part time but I don't think the tiredness I feel corresponds with this. I'd been told i'd high blood pressure but I went for a second opinion and a proper health check and my cholesterol, iron levels, glucose, blood pressure were spot on I was told just to keep doing whatever it is i'm doing and there was no need for another health check for a year or two as I was looking after myself. I was also asked if I play a lot of sports as i've a good pulse by a few people. How can someone that's so healthy on paper be tired all the time?

I'm afraid thats a health based question that noone here is qualified or informed enough to answer. I have to close this thread and I suggest you go back to your gp and discuss your problems further with them.
