Windows 7 language change.

Just installed an oem version of Windows 7 Home Premium 64 that i bought from Germany but before the installation the only language available to select was German. Can I change the os and startup message to English now or do I need to take up German classes:(?

You can only change languages like that on Windows 7 Ultimate.

2 choices- get an english CD and use the key from the german version, or use
