This has been discussed. On many threads. The conclusion seems to be that most of us fall into one of two diametrically opposed camps.

I am, at the moment, having tea in the "Don't be daft, of course we have to listen to JCT on this" trench, but later we'll be declaring a ceasefire and playing a game of football with the boys and girls from the "Why can't we burn the bondholders" trench.

It hasn't been discussed on its own. I was discussing it in another thread, and a poster requested that we should create a thread to give it the full attention it deserves. The reality is, Fine Gael misled the public on a crucially important issue.
