Renault Espace problems!

I have a 2005 1.9l Renault Espace. I have noticed that it sometimes loses power but if I take my foot of the accelerator and put it back, it picks up again. I have also seen some smoke on occasion but has been recently serviced new oil, filters etc.....I have no warning lights showing on dash and a recent check on computer…
