i am in the process of painting a front small wall ,

that has a Metal fence built into the wall to stop people sitting on it,

what I NEED TO KNOW IS were do i stary first ,?

the metal fence has to be rubbed down with a wire brush

the centre of the wall has the dashing effect so that has to be one colour and the outer one has to be a differnet colur

so what i need to know is were do i start first do i do the metal fence first rub it down and paint it or do i do the wall first and work down .

or do i do teh dashing middle part helpppppppppppppppp

Clean down the railings, spot prime any rust, and apply 2 coats metalguard, or undercoat and gloss. Then paint the dash area of wall followed by the smooth bands.
