    I wonder why M&S lump us in under "U.K." under their store finder on their website?

    They have Spain, Poland, even Jersey, under "International" stores

    Why aren't we there as part of the International stores and we are we deemed as part of the "U.K"?

    :mad::mad::mad:

    Because it really doesn't matter, that's why. It's a website for a British department store. It's not like it's the UN or something.

    Loads of places have us under UK.
    I'm interested to see Jersey is under "international" though :confused:

    The ROI stores are included with the UK stores as they are managed from the UK head-office

    M&S only own the stores in the UK and Ireland, the other "international" stores are franchises

    However, the 'International' stores can order online, which Irish consumers cannot do and miss out on popular lines and sales. The only way of ordering is in store (Except for Per Una lines) or by telephone. considering the profit M & S make from Irish consumers, they completely disregard the fact that Irish consumers who are unable to travel long distances, would like to order online.
    This issue has been asked many time to head office and they are just not interested.:(

    Which is their right. They dont even have to acknowledge that there is an island to the West of them at all if they dont want.
