Hi just after putting in a solid fuel stove. Its a wateford stanley tara non boiler. Just curious what is better to burn timber or coal? I had an open fire previously and i was burning 2 bags of coal rougly a week and sticks as well. Can any one tell me what a stove of this size would burn a week and would it be warmer and and more efficent than an open fire.
Its for a buisness so i am trying to cut down on fuel costs. i imagine a bag of coal would be last a week.
