    Hi

    Im new to all this and would like to learn and hopefully get into the shares business just want to start off with the basics what to know and how to go about it etc. To learn about the stock market and share holders and how to become one and invest... :rolleyes:

    I'd recommend the likes of The Elements of Investing - Malkiel, Common Sense Investing -Bogle. These give you a framework based on low cost index investing

    seekingalpha.com is good but there can be a lot of cr@p in there also.

    I like www.bloomberg.com for news.
