    Hi

    I'm not sure if this is in the correct forum.

    Last week, I brought my car into a local garage, for 2 reasons. First it was due to go through the NCT, and secondly because it was leaking desiel. It appeared that the car was leaking desiel from one of the injectors, which the garage confirmed.
    The garage charged me for removal of one of the injectors, replacing a seal and replacing the injector (incl Labor)

    A day later, I got the car back. Then on Sunday I brought the car for the NCT. It failed the NCT, one of the predominant reasons being that it was leaking desiel from one of the injectors (it appears to be the same injector), a problem which the garage had supposedly fixed. Since this it appears to have even gotten worse, that it was initally. i.e. large clouds of smoke and greater drip of desiel

    I am currently trying to contact the garage to solve this issue, however I was hoping someone might have an idea what the law is in relation to this issue?
