Zanussi FJR 1254 Washing Machine Problem!

    I'll try and explain this as best I can.

    When door is open and I push the on/off button on, the door locking mechanism clicks constantly.

    After setting program and closing door, the cycle won't start after pushing start button - no error message.

    It's like a previous cycle has not completed.

    Reset button resets program but door doesn't reset.

    Hopefully, someone can help!

    That machine had a built in diagnostics - when you press the start/pause button does the button flash red ? If it does count the sequence and if it flashes green count them also -then post back

    Start/Pause button does not flash red - only red light is on door - green light flashing constantly, beeps once when pressed?

    Ok ran the diagnostic programme and received an E51 error.

    Anyone have a fix?

    e51 is motor triac short circuit - that's on the pcb board
