I'm getting some strange errors about not being able to use data and voice calls at the same time.I'm on Meteor.
I thought on 3G you could do both simultaneously ? Am I missing a setting or something ?

Normally, that would be the case.

Are you sure you are on 3G during the call? Sometimes, the phone will indicate 3G reception when idle but when you call someone, it drops back to 2G EDGE for better reception, which doesn't support simultaneous data and calls (in fact, Meteor's implementation of EDGE means that while an active data session is in progress over 2G EDGE, any incoming calls will be sent straight to your voicemail - your phone won't ring at all).
