I'm a Whats's the craic? I was out tonight ,dancing and all then I bursrt out crying. I'm a girl. I know why I was crying but don't want to tell my friends...should I??

Seriously though, and I know this will sound a bit mad on my part, but imagine a friend of yours telling you what you want to tell them. Imagine what advice you would give them and how you would take that news.

Then use that advice on yourself.

We sometimes tend to treat others better than we treat ourselves due to feelings of inadequacy or whatever it may be. It may be that you just need a listening ear or a person to moan too. Whichever it is, I hope you repair soon.
