hi, i hope to do http://www.gaelforceevents.com/connemara challenge and need to get a ruck sack for the required survival kit necessities and also wanted one with a bladder and meshing at the back for greater breathability. Could anyone please recommend one and also what size would I need?

Something like this should be fine unless you plan to bring the kitchen sink
I find it nice and comfortable both running and cycling.

I was using the Berghaus Freeflow 20 because of the freeflow system but I think it's a bit too big for the likes of Gael Force.
