    hey guys i just got a letter saying my job seekers benifit is about to expire and to apply for JSA its means tested and i have about 5000 euros in savings does anyone know will i still get it if i have that? thanks if anyone knows

    You are allowed to have €20k in savings, anything over that and they start to reduce your dole money.

    1st €20,000 nil,

    next €10,000 minus €1 per
    €1,000,

    next €10,000 minus €2 per
    €1,000,

    over €40,000 minus €4 per €1,000

    So dole €188 minus €70 a week
