    http://consumerist.com/2011/04/chicago-schools-sack-the-sack-lunch.html

Somehow chicago schools have begun banning kids from bringing their own lunches to school, the Chicago education system now ensures students will either starve or siphon money into the school's own food provider companies.

A step way out of line in my opinion. It's a weird vomit-inducing hybrid between social control and corporate greed.

Oh by the way your employer called and said you can only take your lunch break in the office, and you cant bring outside food and if you want to eat anything you have to buy it out of the company-operated food supply. And you're legally required to show up for work and are restricted to where you can work determined by the zip code you live in.

To be fair you can bring your own lunch as long as you are eating nitritiously or have a medical cert.
2.25 isnt that bad for lunch even for school kids.
