Flared Jeans on a Guy??

Are flared jeans cool or not on guys, whats your opinion? I love mine. Fair enough they are fairly old amd ripped at the bottom and you cant see my shoes but what is everybodys opinion on this? I wear them with a tshirt and an open shirt and people say I look like Im flapping all over the place when I walk :( Also…
