Just wondering if anyone has any experience or opinions on the Greenhus company of KIT houses. Based in Cork and seem to be a sister company of Swedish kit house crew Karlson Hus. Find the idea of a house that goes up in 12-16 weeks very attractive. Anyone know anyone who has built this way? All info, stories, good n bad welcome. Thanks in advance :)

Cannot comment in public on the actual name due to house rules but the process requires a good amount of planning before hand as when it comes off the lorry its too late to move that socket:)

the other issue is clarify who signs off on the foundation [design and build] as well as the location and provision of services in the floor slab: not much fun if kitchen pipes are on wrong side.

Lego housing like this is not limited to TF, there are insulated concrete panel versions..
In both cases being factory made helps a lot with quality control

olive, comments on specific companies are not allowed as part of forum rules.
Someone could say something out of order and the owners of the site could land themselves in trouble, so this is the stance that has been taken on these issues.

so this thread will remain closed.

however it can be left open to be viewed, so anyone who wants to comment to you can do so by means of private messaging.

    regards
