Graduate Programme - Length of Time Since Graduation

I was just wondering, what is the maximum length of time since graduation required for most graduate programmes?

I've checked quite a few and I've never seen it specified, just usually state that they are looking for recent graduates or those expecting to graduate in the next year. I'd imagine they would limit it to one or two years since graduation. Anyone have any experience of a specified time frame?

I have seen ads which specify applicants should have graduated in the last two years.

Its anything between 12 to either 18 or 24 months for specific lenght of time since graduation. Once its not more than 2-3 years you should be ok. It depends on the graduate programme and company you are doing it with and depends on the role.

Generally once you are about to graduate, final year or year of graduation or not long after graduation is probably the best time to go for these type of grad programmes or even better have had a bit of work experience in a graduate position if possible or other graduate placement before hand it will stand to you.
