Anyone tried using this apart from me? It's an ancient type of wheat from Egyptian times, but higher in protein, vitamins and minerals. And it also tastes nice! I've been using it for making pizza bases, it was really nice in that and just tried in in pastry, slightly hard to handle but a much better taste than the blandness of normal white flour used for pastry

I use kamut but not in baking.
I buy arrowhead mills puffed kamut, it's so yum.
I have it on it's own as a snack or with coconut milk or rice milk.

It's really nice as a cereal!
