    Its hardly water instead of gas. They are claiming to use this system which splits water into hydrogen & oxygen to increase gas mileage. If you can cheaply produce the electricity required to split the water, it will make sense but that looks as crude as can be and with that method of running electricity through the water to split it, AFAIK, the energy required to do this is more than the energy produced by then burning the 'free' hydrogen.
