Drug Payment Scheme Annual Auto Refund?

    Hi all

    I'm new to the world of tax credits and all. I was wondering if :

    Does the Drug Payment Scheme automatically issue a refund to you
    each year, or do you have to fill out a MED1 form?

    I got automatic payments last year for a couple of previous tax years (I guess they must have done a job lot to get the automatic repayments working). What is annoying about them is that the figures repaid don't match with my records, there's no detail available to tell me how the tax repayment figure was arrived at, the Revenue 1890 people couldn't give me any details other than the tax repayment figure, and I couldn't find anyone to talk to about it in the HSE.

    Some mix-up here .---- Tax credits and DPS are totally separate .

    Can one of the above posters, post an application form for automatic payments , please.

    I wonder why the Revenue 1890 people could'nt provide details ., it should be automatic .
