Mortgage providers

    Gonna be buying house in next couple months. doing all research and that..What mortgage providers are still giving mortgages of 92% and which ones the best? From what I see AIb and Bank of Ireland the only viable oiptions??Would I be right or wrong in this??? Thanks

    Don't think anyone is lending more than 80% these days.

    Some are doing 92%. You would need to be permanently employed, beyond that cant be much help. Look into the different interest rate choices to see what would suit best and try to factor in large interest rate increases.
