    Hey!

10 weeks along and want to book my ob/gyn. Going private. Do I just ring them up and book or how do I go about doing it?

Second baby and want to be on top of things as experience with public last time left something to be desired

    Firstly congrats! :D

Secondly, to answer your question... as far as I know that's pretty much exactly what you do! :)
Ring the booking centre in whichever hospital you've chosen, to book your pregnancy with that hospital, tell them you want to go privately, and which consultant you'd like to be with.

Book asap as you have probably left it too late for most obstetricians but they will have cancelations and if you are outside of Dublin you might be ok.
Most of the hosptials have the info on their websites.

    and congrats!:)
