    I've been waiting on a fas course (it applications and business communications) to be filled up so it can start, supposed to be in 4 weeks time, its been pushed back about 2 and a half months or so.
    In the meantime I've seen fas are running a compTIA online course in about a week or so and was wondering;
    If I was to sign up to the compTIA online course, would I be able to continue with it when the full time course starts?

    Call into or ring you local fas office would be your best bet.

    You would really need to talk to your local FAS office as there is no set rule on this. Im in a FAS course and I know that 2 other people in the class are currently doing a FAS eCollege course as well. One started it before the full time course and the other started during. I requested to start the eCollege course and was told I couldnt do both at the one time so as you can see it all depends who you ask.

    Thanks for all the advice. I wont get near my fas office until friday and its scheduled to start on monday so i was looking for some help before i go near them so at least if someone had a definite yes i could email the address on the site or if it was a no then not.

    I suppose it could also have something to do with funding?
    My friend suggested to me that she was told once that when you register with fas you get like an undisclosed 'fund' which is used to pay to do courses and that, and doing a course with them takes away from this fund each time. And in turn its possible to be rejected from doing any more courses through them.
    Can anyone confirm this?
