    Hi,

    I'm finding this whole pro rata thing a little confusing .

    If Iv been told Il be working 41weeks at35/hrs a year paid pro rata E23708. What does that work out at?

    The way Im working it out, it doesnt actually come out at that much at all...:(

    Can anyone help?

    €23,708 is 52 weeks wages.
    €455.92 is one weeks wage.
    €18,692.85 is 41 weeks wages.

    Your hourly rate is €13.03.
