Anyone know of anybody giving a car away for nothing? Doesn't have to be running or anything. Am looking for a car to mess around with in me spare time and try to learn about it.

    Thanks.

Adverts.ie have a free section could be worth checking out. But bear in mind as with all things in life you usually get what you payed for. :)

Scrap metal prices are gone through the roof recently and scrap yards are actually paying for any cars you bring in. So I'd imagine anyone who might have a car would like to get 100 than give it away for free. Plus most of the scrap yards will collect for free and still pay you and they're advertising everywhere.

Good luck in your search. Just got rid of a few ford ka's myself a few weeks ago, I'd have gladly given you one as I didn't know they paid for scrap til they collected them.
