    Heatovent Ireland Ltd

Worcester tend to have their own service agents ,I'm actually one myself :D
Try their website for a list of installers

Have a dig in the toolbox there yoshy!:p

yeah even if heatmerchants do find them it may be cheaper to have them custom forged for you!

My local heatmerchants are totally useless when it comes to gas anything and since heatmerchants insist on us using our local branch they lost me as a customer.
Thanks for the input Yosh but this boiler is no longer under warranty and therefore doesn't need to have a Worchester service agent to carry out a repair, parts are available, i'm a RGI, all i need is to be able to speak to the person picking the parts in order to be sure i get the right clip, how simple could it be. :pac:

I think most of worcester parts are actually supplied by worcester themselves ,so that might be why it's more akward getting parts.

When I start needing parts myself ,I'll be getting them from worcester directly as far as I know.

Thanks all, Heatovent Ireland Ltd like many others i tried don't touch Worchester, heatmerchants seem to have the spares supply (unfortunetly) for Worchester, thankfully Des the nice Worchester Rep came to my rescue with part numbers and the parts are now in transit from the UK as couldn't find a way to order direct from Worchester.ie, shame!! but there ya go. :(
