i applied for a certain job and they said i upload a video of myself on you tube and send them the link and if successful will go for 2nd face to face interview,has anyone had that kind of interview?abit aprehensive

i think its becoz the video can be public and he says its only fair to know whos watching the video and judging you,etc,hes heard of webcam to webcam interview

u don't have to youtube it, u can email it direct to them. that would be my option don't fancy been a yoytube star :D if u need insperation there r plenty on youtube

No, take it from the salary it full time 5 days. if u go on their site they have staff videos, wouldn't be overly impressed by them

the advert doesnt have the video reference,only after applying do they tell you to make the video
