I bought an Asus P5Q Board Intel Core 2 Duo E6600 that didnt come with a cooling fan for the processor, so I got one from a local computer shop but when I was fitting the fan the pins are slightly out of alignment (pins are out by about 4-5mm) with the holes on the board and if inserted they are at an angle, as this is one of my first builds I just want to check that its ok for the pins to be out or should they be a perfect pit?
