Census dilemma- filled out at home, now in hotel with another form

Thought I was staying at home and had census all filled out. Ended uP in a hotel and am being told it is obligatory to fill out an "individuAl form" I'm worried I'll get in trouble for popping up twice, should I just not hand it in? Or are the CSO prepared for this type of thing? Any help greatly appreciated!
