I really want the Urban Decay Naked Palette, which is around 36euro. Im going to England in the summer and I know it's around £27 there. How much cheaper is makeup in the duty free in airports? And do they have a good selection?

Well if you are flying with Aer Lingus they have a few Urban Decay products available in their Sky Shopping and it was definitely cheaper than in the shops, sorry but I can't remember by how much for each product. They had an offer of an additional 20% off the prices in the brochure last year when I was on a flight, I got the Urban Decay smokey eyes palette for €16 and it's about €36 in the shops.

It's about 21% cheaper - they just take off the VAT?

Gatwick has a good selection but don't know if they have urban decay. Dublin Airport is very good and I'm almost certain does have UD but it's not as cheap.

MAC lipstick as a guidelines -
€17 in BT. €14.50 I think in Dublin Airport. £13.50 in MAC in London. £9.70 in Gatwick, last time I purchased, but I think around £10.50 now.

DA don't sell UD but you will get it for 28euro on Aer Lingus flights provided that they have stock of it.

Mac is slightly cheaper in the UK airports vs here, but be warned that the airside counters do not have the full range of product, they have a very good range, but it isn't as comprehensive as what you will find on a regular Mac counter. I find the prices of Estee Lauder, Chanel, Clarins, Dior and Benefit to be very favourable at UK airports relative to airports or shops here. My mother saves over 100euro by buying her day and night cream/eye cream at Heathrow any time she is passing thru.
