Try finding it from a different browser. Like google chrome, yahoo, etc! Let me know if that works. :)

Could your firewall in the router be blocking you? Maybe try knock it off and see how you go. Put it back on after tho. Can you access another signal and see if you get in. I followed your link and got in.

Well if it did.nt work for you at another location then that just confuses me even more. The firewall would be in your router settings. Access that on your pc. The router should be there under all programs. Or in a desktop icon. Thats mad really. Cant figure it out.

u did you ask the Tesco people if there could be something up with just your account alone - correct ? maybe they say their site is working properly but who's to say they (or more to the point the person you were talking to)are correct .... maybe try phoning them again and telling them what you know now and they might be able to find the solution .......

have you tried to make the webpage a trusted site?
are you entering the correct password, make sure your password is typing exactly what you are entering by typing somewhere in case an @ is swapped around

I had the same problem, I could register/log on but couldn't access the groceries part of the site no matter what I did and never found an answer online so I hope this is of help to someone...

I discovered my local Tesco doesn't deliver (I don't actually want to buy online, I just want to check out prices), and the part of the site i can't see deals with buying online so I tried changing my account address to my sister's address (her local Tesco does deliver) and hey presto! :)
