    Getting this error 80710092 when trying to sign in to psn.is the network down or is it my computer

    Nope, keep getting that error:(

    On ie.playstation.com it says
    PlayStation®Network - Partially available

    Sometimes you can sort issues like this out by logging on to the Playstation website on a pc (possibly on the PS3 browser):

    http://ie.playstation.com/

    Then log out and try the PS3 again.

    The issue could be that Ts&Cs of PSN were updated recently, it might not let you onto PSN until you agree to the new terms.

    Cant sign in to that either:confused:
