redundancy question

    hi all,

    i was hoping someone would be able to help me.

    Last April my redundancy claim was received by the dept of trade..., in October most of my co-workers were paid out but they sought more info regarding my start date from my old employer. this information was eventually sent back in Dec, and since Jan i have been ringing NERA almost every 2 weeks to find out more information.

    i have sent numerous letters and 2 registered letters but as of this week, there has been no update to my claim since the info request in Oct 2010. I was advised by a NERA agent to get a letter from the revenue detailing my start date in case this was the problem and did this two weeks ago but still i have heard nothing despite numerous escalations from NERA agents to have my claim looked at, and leaving my phone number with them.

    can anyone tell me how long it can take from a info request to find out more on my claim?
